Courtyard Cottage - Booking Terms & Conditions

Weekly prices and availability can be found on this site. Short breaks from two nights are available, prices according to number of people and time of year. E-mail: enquiries@hopyardcourtyardcottage.co.uk for details.

Bookings run from 3.30 p.m. on arrival day to 10.00 a.m. on departure day. Adjustments to these times can be made but only with prior arrangement. 

We are happy to accept Euros. Please convert the Sterling prices into Euros at the conversion rate current on the day of payment. Due to bank charges, an additional 12 Euros is payable on each booking.

Bank transfer details can be supplied for guests abroad.

Cancellation insurance - we recommend guests consider taking out insurance to cover the costs of the holiday booking.

To Book Courtyard Cottage

0. Please send us a completed Booking Form (available by clicking here) and we will then call you back to discuss property availability and your booking enquiry. If property is available we will require a 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.
0. Alternatively if you wish to make an enquiry please contact us by e-mail enquiries@hopyardcourtyardcottage.co.uk or telephone 01873 830219 to confirm availability for the date you require.
0. If you wish to make a definite booking then please e-mail bookings@hopyardcourtyardcottage.co.uk or telephone us on 01873 830219.
0. Courtyard Cottage will be reserved for you and held provisionally for five days.
0. If you e-mail or telephone us with your enquiry or booking then please also send us a completed Booking Form from this Web site (please click here for our Booking Form).
0. Alternatively, please print off our Booking Form and send your completed form to Hopyard Farm Cottages (address below) with a 20% deposit or full payment (if less than six weeks to the date of your holiday).
0. Please return a printed copy of the Booking Form to: Mr. & Mrs. Blowfield, Hopyard Farm Cottages, Govilon, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, NP7 9SE.

Terms & Conditions

0. Provisional bookings can be made by sending a Booking Form via this Web site, or telephone or e-mail and these will be held for five days.
0. Confirmation of a booking will require a completed Booking Form and a 20% non-refundable deposit.
0. The balance of the full cost of the holiday is due six weeks before the start of the holiday.
0. Courtyard Cottage can only be occupied by the listed number of people. The owners reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.
0. Courtyard Cottage will be available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Any complaints should be directed to the proprietor who will attempt to resolve any problems to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. In the unfortunate case of cancelling a holiday the balance will be refunded only if the owners are successful in re-letting the cottage. Holiday cancellations must be made in writing and sent by first class post.
0. Courtyard Cottage is let on the basis that all holiday makers will take due care and consideration while using the facilities and pay for any damage caused.
0. A refundable deposit of £200.00 is requested on arrival against unfair wear and tear, extra cleaning etc.
