Courtyard Cottage is the perfect place to celebrate.
 Our large self catering cottage was completely renovated from a former dairy barn on Hopyard Farm in 2005. Now boasting six bedrooms, Courtyard Cottage is the ideal accommodation for up to 14 guests. The big barn provides facilities perfect for reuniting friends, catching up with family, celebrating birthdays and anniversaries or simply enjoying time with special people.

Located in the Usk Valley Courtyard Cottage enjoys views of the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Black Mountains. The holiday cottage is only 3 miles from Abergavenny in the beautiful border county of Monmouthshire, Wales. Available for short breaks (minimum 2 nights) and week long holidays Courtyard Cottage gives flexibility to enjoy time with relatives and friends.

Hopyard Farm is situated between the River Usk and the Monmouth-Brecon canal perfect for walking and cycling. The local village of Govilon is within walking distance and boasts two pubs, general store, church, chapel and Post Office.

For guests staying with us at Courtyard Cottage we offer a large indoor games room with pool, snooker, table tennis and football tables. On the large lawn we have childrens' play equipment plus a large trampoline and a boules pitch.

The surrounding area has a wealth of activities for the energetic but Monmouthshire also has its fair share of quality attractions including Tintern Abbey and the World Heritage site at Blaenavon.
